The restaurant of the Van der Valk Hotel Hilversum – de Witte Bergen is opened seven days a week. On Mondays until Fridays, the restaurant opens at 07.00 o’clock and on Saturdays and Sundays at 08.00 o’clock.

Full Breakfast

Every morning there is the possibility to enjoy a diverse breakfast buffet. For hotel guests the breakfast is included on request. If you did not spend the night in our hotel, there is the possibility to reserve a table to enjoy breakfast in our restaurant. During week days the breakfast buffet opens at 07.00 o’clock and in weekends at 08.00 o’clock. It is also possible to order a cup of coffee with some pastry.

Besides breakfast, the restaurant is also perfect for gatherings.

Lunch in Hotel Hilversum – de Witte Bergen

From 12.00 until 17.00 lunch in served.
We regularly renew our menu, giving you the choice between delicious fresh sandwiches, salads, soups and various versions of fried eggs.

Á la carte dining

The restaurant of Hotel Hilversum – de Witte Bergen gives you the possibility to enjoy our á la carte dinner every day of the week.
Our varies menu offers you the possibility to dine in the restaurant or, in cases of good weather, outside on the large terrace.
For guests with specific diets we also have various options. Our kitchen team can prepare special dishes, based on your dietary wishes.

The Hotel Bar

The hotel bar ‘de Orchideebar’ is situated besides the restaurant. The bar is opened on Mondays until Saturdays from 17.00 o’clock until midnight. Here, we give you the possibility to enjoy a pre- and after-dinner drinks after a busy or relaxing day.
The well-known hotel bar has been modernized during our renovation and the cozy atmosphere of a few years ago has still been preserved.
